This amazing lantern is made by the kite makers in Vietnam from handpainted silk stretched over a handmade bamboo frame, a thing of great beauty!!. Carp motifs are lucky, especially in money matters in South East Asia. Wire hanger in the frame, so can be universally used as a lampshade or just a hanging lantern.
