Shipping policy
We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days in the UK.
We use courier services, please ensure that when you enter the shipping address it is one where someone can receive, or can be left in a safe place. You will receive an email from the courier when delivery is attempted, please contact them if you need to rearrange the delivery as delivery will be attempted twice by the courier before being returned to us. The courier charges a secondary delivery charge for change of address and redelivery.
In most cases your goods will be sent via APC, if you wish to rearrange delivery or select a safe place you would like it left this can be done here; https://apcchoice.apc-overnight.com/APCChoice . This should be sent via text/email alert also.
We offer international shipping upon request. Please email info@blackoutshop.co.uk with your desires and requests and we'll get back to you with a quote.
International shipping deliveries will take longer, and bear in mind that there may be local customs or duty charges to pay. We cannot take responsibility for these charges, they are decided in the recipients country. Refunds cannot be given on international orders unless items are faulty.
Packing and delivery days are Monday-Friday.
We recycle all of our packaging so your boxes and bubble may exhibit signs of a previous life!!
