Price and Payment

The price of the goods is stipulated on the website.The price is inclusive of VAT(where applicable).The price excludes delivery costs.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments,Blackout does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Payment for all goods,including VAT and delivery charges must be made in advance.

Ordering

We make every effort to ensure all of our products are in stock,but if something goes wrong we will contact you to either make a refund or organise a later delivery.

If you would like to speak to us for further information,we can accept orders over the phone(01273 671741).

Please note that pictures may not be to scale,always check dimensions.Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible,and as many of our items are made by hand,unique or vintage,variations in colour, texture,size and pattern may occur.

Rights of the Seller

We at Blackout reserve the right to update prices and information on the website,and reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website and any information it contains is entirely at your own risk and Blackout Shop is not liable.It is your responsibility to ensure that any products,services or information available through this website meets your specific requirements.
