Pom pom garlands are a fabulous addition, whatever the season, try candy cane-ing at Christmas, drape from your trees in the garden in the summer or just adorn your home with them all year round!
Made by hand at home by various homeworkers (mainly women) in Delhi, they recycle the off cuts of making plastic bags. Although the production of plastic bags is not good, at least the off cuts aren't wasted and these ladies very resourcefully make waste into wonder!
