Created just before World War II with help from a machine originally designed to produce light bulbs, Shiny-Brite™ Glass Ornaments have from the very beginning been a symbol of everything that makes America great: ingenuity and innovation, resilience and adaptability. The brand's first signature round balls, made from colored glass and painted with distinctive pastel stripes, were affordable beacons of hope, treated as treasures year after year.

By the 1950s, the original collection had been expanded upon to include vibrantly-colored icicles, pinecones, bells and lanterns. These new shapes and festive hues were enormous hits, quickly making Shiny-Brite the most popular ornament brand in the country.

Today, each of the vintage-inspired designs created for our Shiny-Brite collection is produced with the joyful spirit of America's past in mind. Our line of spooky-sweet Halloween ornaments and décor celebrate favorite costumes, tricks and treats, and the crisp chill of a single October evening when little ghosts run wild. Turn back the clock and celebrate Halloween-American Style.
