Beautiful age worn glass trade beads made between 1830 and 1932 in Bohemia for trade with the Fulani and Peul in Mali.These were bought and used as dowry beads,and the super modern looking designs were based on the original dowry beads from the area that would have been made in local agates.
We have mixed collections from different tribes and often continents to create new pieces for modern wear!
