Chinese lanterns date back to the han dynasty, originally to honour Buddha. Mostly seen around Chinese New year, these are a central feature to the lantern festival.
We have been searching for these for some time!!! Once much easier to find, these beauties have become harder to find in the last few decades due to their handmade nature.
